Old Growth Leadership Development was founded with a single purpose in mind: to help organizations enhance and harness their existing people potential while working to advance strong, collaborative relationships across multiple stakeholder groups.
I bring over 25 years of hands-on, inspiring leadership experience from some of the most iconic brands of our time, with 20 of those years spent in the franchised environment. Having worked 10 years for large multi-unit franchisees heading up operations and 10 years working for some of Canada's most respected franchisors in executive leadership roles I bring unique insights to this complex stakeholder relationship. I also bring specialized, technical insights from my master's degree in organizational leadership with thesis research focused on how enhanced collaboration between franchisees and franchisors can lead to better business outcomes for both.
